Senior Treasury Analyst (41681)

Our client is company in the Ozaukee County area looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team. This company is looking for someone with 3+ years of treasury experience, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. This position is hybrid.

The salary range for this position is $90k-105k.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily cash activity, ensuring adequate liquidity and optimizing investment and borrowing positions.
• Prepare and analyze short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to inform leadership and support strategic decision-making.
• Initiate, review, and approve electronic payments while ensuring timely settlement of wire, ACH, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Maintain and monitor banking platforms and related financial systems.
• Conduct financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, financing alternatives, and lease vs. purchase scenarios.
• Collaborate with Accounting on lease administration, reconciliations, and related journal entries.
• Manage corporate and virtual card programs, including user administration, transaction monitoring, and spend optimization.
• Ensure compliance with debt covenants and assist with related reporting and documentation.
• Support month-end close activities through cash reconciliations and journal entry preparation.
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls to safeguard cash and financial assets.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to treasury operations, banking structure, and regulatory compliance.
• Use data analytics to assess cash utilization, optimize processes, and develop business insights.
• Contribute to policy updates, documentation, and internal/external reporting requirements.
• Participate in or lead treasury and cross-functional projects aimed at improving financial operations and efficiency.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

The Senior Treasury Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field
• 3+ years of treasury or financial management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and accommodate change.
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
