  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their professional development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Ford experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
