Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their professional development.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Ford experience preferred
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent
