Robotics Technician

Location: Rostraver Township County, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually

Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

A growing manufacturing operation in Rostraver Township County, PA is seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join its engineering team. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day production, maintaining robotics systems, and ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in robotics or manufacturing environments and is eager to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune production work cells and robotic systems
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to complete daily work plans
• Perform equipment maintenance, repairs, light programming, inventory checks, and general upkeep
• Troubleshoot process or product issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and establish preventive measures
• Create and update documentation related to parts, processes, and new product introduction
• Assist in scaling small processes into larger-volume production environments

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelors degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Previous experience in manufacturing or robotics
• Proficiency with equipment and tools common in manufacturing environments
