Our Concierge Team is the hub of the community with members depending on them for everything from arranging transportation to checking in and out packages to greeting everyone with their name and a smile. The right person for us will be kind, patient and extremely well organized and will be committed to providing extraordinary service. We are looking for someone that has the ability to make every resident, family member and visitor that comes into Hacienda at the Canyon feel as if they are the most important person in our community! • Able to work in a fast-paced (occasionally chaotic!) environment with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Tech savvy with using multiple software programs on PC, tablet, and smartphone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, helpful and highly organized
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent work ethic
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Experience as a Concierge is a plus but not required
