Beacon Hill's client, a highly competitive law firm in Hamilton, NJ, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal or Attorney to provide support to their Personal Injury Shareholder team. This is a temporary role with an urgent need, requiring full onsite presence Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have personal injury litigation experience-defense or plaintiff-and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal memoranda, motions, and other litigation documents.
Prepare, organize, and manage legal complaints and related case materials.
Conduct e-filing in PA courts and ensure all filings are accurate and timely.
Support case management for personal injury litigation matters.
Provide direct assistance to Attorney Shareholders and collaborate closely with the litigation team.
Background as a sophisticated Litigation Paralegal or PA-licensed Litigation Attorney.
Prior litigation experience in personal injury matters on the plaintiff or defense.
Strong drafting, legal writing, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with PA e-filing systems preferred.
Ability to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ, Monday-Friday .
Highly motivated, able to step in quickly, and operate with minimal supervision.
