The Junior Licensing Compliance Analyst will support the client's licensing and compliance operations by preparing principal, corporate, and occupational license applications. This role is primarily compliance-focused, with some clerical responsibilities such as mail handling, express delivery preparation, and document copying. All tasks will be performed onsite at the Las Vegas Buffalo office. The analyst will work closely with a team of 9–10 licensing professionals and use platforms such as ArdentSky, SharePoint, and external online application systems. While international licensing is not currently in scope, it may be introduced depending on business needs.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Prior experience in licensing or regulatory compliance
• Strong general computer skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Las Vegas
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable performing clerical tasks alongside compliance duties
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• No foreign language requirement
• No certifications required, but education is preferred

Plusses:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with ArdentSky, SharePoint, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with corporate or occupational licensing processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Each day, the analyst will focus primarily on compliance-related tasks, including preparing and submitting various license applications. They will ensure documentation is accurate and complete, maintain records in SharePoint and ArdentSky, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines. About 20% of the role will involve clerical support such as managing mail, preparing express deliveries, and handling document copies. The analyst will be embedded in a collaborative team environment and may be asked to assist with additional licensing needs as they arise.
