You’ll serve as both technical expert and creative leader , guiding projects from concept through construction while mentoring the next generation of architects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire project teams on mid-to-large scale healthcare projects.
• Translate design intent into precise construction documents in collaboration with PMs, engineers, and clients.
• Oversee junior staff and consultants to ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
• Conduct design reviews, code analyses, and coordinate approvals with officials.
• Manage Construction Administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
• Present design concepts and represent the firm in client and owner/user meetings.
• Foster mentorship and growth across your team.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in architectural design with a strong healthcare focus.
• Expertise: Proven success leading Construction Administration and complex healthcare environments.
• Leadership: Collaborative mindset with strong mentoring abilities.
• Software: Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) required.
