We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Lightning Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce . The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
Build responsive user interfaces with Lightning Experience
Implement business logic, workflows, flows, validations, and automation
Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems
Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, reports, and dashboards
Write unit tests and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce deployment standards
Perform deployments using change sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD tools
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications
Collaborate with admins, architects, and business teams in Agile sprints
Maintain technical documentation and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows)
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
