Position Highlights:

Number of beds on unit: Clinical Resource Unit. Float to CVCU, PCU, Surgical Ortho, Medical Oncology, Mental Health unit and to Acute Rehab.
Patient population (age, diagnosis, specifics about unit): CVCU- Cardiac patients, PCU – Neuro and step down patients rest speaks for itself and you can use some descriptions from what the unit managers sent
Nurse to Patient ratio: Varies per unit CVCU and PCU are considered intermediate units so ratio is 3-4 to 1 and surgical ortho and medical oncology are 5 to 1 typically
