Title: Registered Nurse – Rehab
Location: Chambersburg, PA 17201
Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 3x12 Hours (18:00–06:00)
Block Scheduling: Not Available
Orientation: All Hours Billable
The Rehab Registered Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to short-stay patients in a rehab setting with acuity levels slightly higher than typical SNFs. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and able to work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and compassionate patient care skills.
Deliver direct patient care to individuals in a fast-paced rehab environment.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for short-stay rehab patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery goals.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures according to care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines, including infection control protocols.
Active PA or Compact RN License
BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of relevant RN experience
COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (Medical & Religious Exemptions/Declinations Accepted)
Flu Vaccine: Required (No Exemptions Accepted)
