**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate excavators and other heavy equipment to support plant maintenance and production.
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
+ Assist with material handling, loading, and stockpile management during night operations.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
+ Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Proficiency in operating excavators and other heavy equipment.
+ Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
+ Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting.
+ Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
+ Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
