Job Title: Part-Time Medical Assistant – Aesthetic Medicine (Miami, FL)

About the Role:

Randy Lindgren Aesthetic Rejuvenation — a premier medical aesthetics practice located near the Miami Design District — is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Randy Lindgren , a board-certified physician injector, specializing in advanced facial rejuvenation and injectable treatments for both men and women.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Dr. Lindgren during injectable and aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, etc.)
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms and sterile supplies
• Greet patients, help them feel comfortable, and ensure smooth patient flow
• Manage appointment preparation, intake, and post-treatment documentation
• Support inventory management and product restocking
• Maintain the clinic’s high standards of cleanliness, privacy, and professionalism

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (bilingual a plus)
• Previous medical assisting experience (aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a high-end, fast-paced environment
• Availability for part-time hours (approximately 2–3 days per week, flexible scheduling)
