Men’s Design Assistant – Denim Focus

The Men’s Design Assistant will support the entire Men’s Design team, with a primary focus on denim. This role will work closely with the Men’s Head of Design, providing hands-on assistance across all stages of the design process—from concept development to lookbook creation. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to all facets of the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design or Product Development required
• 1+ year of experience preferred (internships included), but not required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and collaborative energy
• Strong sense of taste and style
• Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and denim wash processes
• Familiarity with Tech Packs and BOMs
• Excellent communication skills (domestic and international)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Google Workspace; experience with Airtable a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update development reports in Airtable
• Issue POs for fabrics, trims, and wash development
• Track fabric, wash, shrinkage, trim, and sample development
• Assist with fabric and trim check-ins
• Create sketches and 2D CADs
• Build and maintain Tech Packs and style setup forms
• Support presentation setup and breakdown
• Record fit sessions and meeting notes, ensuring accurate communication across teams
• Manage and track development standards (wash library, color overdyes, and materials)
• Assist with photoshoot preparation, including shot lists and line organization
