**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate yard loader safely and efficiently to move and load materials.
+ Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
+ Coordinate with team members to meet production and delivery schedules.
+ Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.
+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

+ Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
+ Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks.
+ Reliable and adaptable to changing work priorities.
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods.
+ Frequent bending, lifting, and climbing in and out of equipment.
+ Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
+ Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and uneven terrain.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Compliance with all company safety and operational standards.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
