Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including conceptual, hard bids, and negotiated bids.
• Analyze project documents, specifications, and blueprints to develop accurate and competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope and budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or client expectations.
• Maintain and update cost databases, market trends, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in retail, medical, senior living, or education construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of estimating techniques, construction processes, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar tools).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
