We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent who wants more than just a jobsite role—someone who wants to grow into full jobsite ownership.
The RoleThe Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in the daily execution of construction projects. This is a hands-on field leadership position focused on safety, quality, coordination, and documentation. You will take ownership of assigned scopes, work directly with subcontractors, and develop the skills needed to advance into a Superintendent role.
