We are looking for an  Assistant Superintendent who wants more than just a jobsite role—someone who wants to grow into full jobsite ownership.

The Role

The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in the daily execution of construction projects. This is a  hands-on field leadership position focused on safety, quality, coordination, and documentation. You will take ownership of assigned scopes, work directly with subcontractors, and develop the skills needed to advance into a Superintendent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily jobsite operations, safety, and quality control
• Coordinate subcontractors and assist with inspections and scheduling
• Track progress, manpower, and productivity for assigned scopes
• Maintain accurate  daily logs and percent-complete tracking in Procore
• Upload photos, field notes, and observations in real time
• Assist with punch lists, closeout, and quality reviews
• Promote a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction
• Interior build-out or renovation experience preferred
• Ability to read drawings and understand basic schedules
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow
• Procore experience preferred (or strong willingness to learn)
