Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Processor to join their client's reputable financial institution in San Diego. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the commercial loan process. The Commercial Loan Processor will be responsible for ensuring that loan applications are processed efficiently and accurately, meeting the standards of the institution.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and verifying loan applications to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, and other relevant parties to gather and process loan documentation.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and documentation.
• Communicating with clients to obtain additional information or clarification on loan applications.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Assisting in the preparation of loan closing documents and coordinating the loan closing process.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Working collaboratively with team members to streamline loan processing procedures and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is high; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous experience in commercial loan processing
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook is required
• Experience with Symitar, LaserPro and or LaserPro SBA is preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. 8am-5pm

Additional Details

Salary: $26 - $28 per hour, Contract role for 3 months in Scripps Ranch
