Our client, a renowned Civil Litigation Defense firm that specializes in Insurance Defense, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their exceptional team in Concord, CA.

This is a hybrid role. You'll be able to work from home with occasional travel to the office to meet with other team members for case strategies etc.

Our firm represents a diverse portfolio of domestic and international insurance carriers, as well as high-profile private clients, across a broad range of complex legal matters. We are seeking motivated associates to join our team and work alongside experienced lead attorneys on all phases of litigation.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in rapid response investigations following catastrophic events
• Contribute to case evaluation and strategic reporting
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Engage in hands-on litigation with a focus on strategic thinking to meet client objectives

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
