We’re searching for a hands-on, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a fast-growing, family-owned construction and contracting group at a pivotal stage in its journey.

The company has achieved exceptional growth in recent years, now generating revenues in the multi-tens of millions with a strong project pipeline and a clear path toward $100M in the near future. With a growing team and extensive trade partner network, this is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where your impact will shape both the operating business and a newly forming Family Office.

What you’ll do:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance
• Oversee construction finance: WIP, job costing, cash flow, bonding/insurance
• Strengthen banking and capital provider relationships
• Build and develop a finance team capable of scaling with growth
• Drive profitability and support strategic opportunities including acquisitions and new investments
• Play a central role in shaping a new Family Office alongside ownership

What we’re looking for:

• CFO or senior finance leader with experience in construction, contracting, or project-based industries
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting (WIP, job costing, % of completion)
• Proven track record in high-growth environments
• Comfortable working directly with entrepreneurial owners
• CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Experience in family-owned businesses, Family Offices, acquisitions, or PE-backed environments is a strong plus.
