Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of world’s largest distributors of Health care systems, medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished “Certified Pharmacy Technician (Hybrid After Training)”

** TITLE: Certified Pharmacy Technician (Hybrid After Training)

** LOCATION: Onsite Role | Client Location: 11800 Weston Parkway Cary NC 27513

** DURATION: 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension

** WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST.

• 1 Month Onsite Training. Hybrid afterward (must meet performance metrics)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

Note: Must be a certified pharmacy technician in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities:

This role is focused on supporting patients and pharmacists by gathering essential information and routing requests accurately. Daily tasks include:

• Collecting patient medication lists and drug allergy details
• Gathering baseline info (payment method, shipping address, emergency contacts, etc.) before pharmacist counseling
• Handling inbound/outbound calls throughout the day
• Triaging calls to the correct departments
• Using sound judgment on moderately complex tasks
• Working independently on routine work with minimal instruction

Job Requirements:

• Education : Active NC Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing)
• Nationally Board-Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• 2–3 years of pharmacy tech experience with direct patient interaction
• Must live within one hour of the Cary office
• Strong phone communication skills (you’ll be on calls most of the day).
