ABOUT RELENTLESS ATHLETICS

Relentless Athletics is a premier sports performance facility dedicated to the long-term development of female athletes. We combine evidence-based training, high-energy coaching, and a strong team culture to help athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience—on and off the field.

We are seeking a highly skilled, movement-obsessed, athlete-centered, energetic leader to join our team as Associate Director of Training. This role directly supports the Director of Training and plays a critical role in elevating coaching standards, athlete experience, and day-to-day training execution.

If you love developing coaches, improving movement quality, and helping young female athletes thrive, this is a leadership opportunity with real impact and long-term growth.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Director of Training is responsible for owning coaching quality and athlete product experience across the facility. This role shapes how athletes are coached, how progress is measured and communicated, and how coaches are developed and held to standards.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct influence on athlete retention, training outcomes, and team culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching Quality & Athlete Experience

• Ensure consistent, high-quality coaching standards across all sessions

• Maintain energy, professionalism, and execution on the training floor

• Uphold Relentless coaching standards and athlete-first environment

• Identify and address breakdowns in athlete experience in real time

Coach Development & Leadership

• Support onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing development of coaches

• Provide technical feedback on movement, cueing, and session flow

• Assist the Director of Training with coach evaluations and growth plans

• Lead by example through presence, preparation, and communication

Programming & Performance Oversight

• Support individualized program execution and adherence to standards

• Ensure testing, progress tracking, and report cards are completed accurately

• Help coaches understand the “why” behind programming decisions

• Maintain alignment between assessment findings and training execution

Operations & Facility Leadership

• Serve as a day-to-day leader during peak training hours

• Collaborate with the Director of Training to maintain systems and structure

• Communicate effectively with leadership when issues or opportunities arise

• Contribute to continuous improvement of training systems and processes
