We are seeking a highly skilled, movement-obsessed, athlete-centered, energetic leader to join our team as Associate Director of Training. This role directly supports the Director of Training and plays a critical role in elevating coaching standards, athlete experience, and day-to-day training execution.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Director of Training is responsible for owning coaching quality and athlete product experience across the facility. This role shapes how athletes are coached, how progress is measured and communicated, and how coaches are developed and held to standards.
This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct influence on athlete retention, training outcomes, and team culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coaching Quality & Athlete Experience
• Ensure consistent, high-quality coaching standards across all sessions
• Maintain energy, professionalism, and execution on the training floor
• Uphold Relentless coaching standards and athlete-first environment
• Identify and address breakdowns in athlete experience in real time
Coach Development & Leadership
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing development of coaches
• Provide technical feedback on movement, cueing, and session flow
• Assist the Director of Training with coach evaluations and growth plans
• Lead by example through presence, preparation, and communication
Programming & Performance Oversight
• Support individualized program execution and adherence to standards
• Ensure testing, progress tracking, and report cards are completed accurately
• Help coaches understand the “why” behind programming decisions
• Maintain alignment between assessment findings and training execution
Operations & Facility Leadership
• Serve as a day-to-day leader during peak training hours
• Collaborate with the Director of Training to maintain systems and structure
• Communicate effectively with leadership when issues or opportunities arise
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training systems and processes

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
(Full-time role with consistent leadership presence during peak training hours)
Academic Year (Fall–Spring)
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Tuesday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Wednesday:
• Virtual Leadership / Admin: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
• In-Facility Coaching & Oversight: 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Thursday: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Summer Schedule (June–August)
36 hours per week
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Coaching Hours: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• Strong background in strength & conditioning or sports performance
• Excellent eye for movement and ability to coach athletes of varying ages
• Passion for developing female athletes
• Leadership mindset with high standards and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
• Experience mentoring or leading other coaches
• Experience in youth or adolescent athlete development
• CSCS, USAW, or related certification
• Desire to grow into higher leadership roles over time
