Job description:
Most firms talk a good game when it comes to work-life balance, but the reality can be different.

The firm is busy with a docket of transportation and trucking defense cases, and is looking to hire a litigation attorney with 4-7 years of experience.
It's the type of firm that doesn't shy away from trials. They've been successfully defending trucking companies and insurers in state and federal courts for over 20 years.
You'll be leading depositions, hearings, and arguing motions in court ... not just drafting and handing off to seniors. So if meaningful responsibility seems out of reach at your current firm, it won't be here.
And importantly, this firm is looking for someone who wants to grow with them .
There’s a clear path for the right associate to take ownership and eventually lead the trucking practice , rather than staying permanently in a supporting role.
