About the Role

We are seeking a motivated litigation attorney with 2 to 6 years of litigation experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Draft demand letters.
• Draft pleadings.
• Draft discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct depositions.
• Conduct site visits.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Draft mechanic and materialmen liens, bond claims, and related notices.
• Legal research.
• Trial preparation and support.
• Attend and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations.
• Attend and represent clients at trial.
• Maintain accurate time records.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing in all states where the applicant is licensed to practice.
• 2 to 6 years of litigation experience.
• Solid academic credentials.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Desire to grow with our busy practice.
