This position is at the heart of the company’s U.S. operations. Supporting the General Manager, you’ll ensure financial accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance across all accounting, payroll, treasury, and administrative functions. Your work keeps the business informed, compliant, and able to move confidently toward its goals - no pressure, just impact.

What You’ll Own

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Oversee all accounting activities for the U.S. division.
  • Maintain accurate books, journal entries, and cost allocations (U.S. GAAP aligned).
  • Lead monthly/quarterly/annual close processes.
  • Partner with external CPAs on audits and all tax filings.

Treasury & Cash Flow

  • Monitor cash position and forecast future needs.
  • Manage payments, collections, reconciliations, and cash reporting.
  • Deliver monthly treasury KPIs to leadership.

Payroll, Benefits & Admin Support

  • Manage payroll inputs and validate outputs with external processors.
  • Support benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance.
  • Ensure employees receive accurate annual tax documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager.

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Handle invoicing, vendor management, and general office coordination.
  • Maintain document control and communication with external partners.
  • Assist with office logistics and event coordination.

Reporting & Business Partnering

  • Prepare financial reporting packages (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Provide insights and KPIs for U.S. leadership and global HQ.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance initiatives.

Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Enhance internal processes and maintain alignment with global policies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, employment, and payroll regulations.
  • Support audit activities with timely, accurate information.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary link between U.S. operations and global HQ.
  • Partner with HR, R&D, Finance, and external providers to keep processes running smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong command of U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure is a bonus.
  • Experience in payroll, benefits, and U.S. tax compliance.
  • Skilled with ERP/accounting systems, Microsoft 365, and Excel.
  • A collaborative mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a reputation for reliability.
  • Comfort working with global teams (French language skills are a plus, but not required).
